Bio-B 100 from Biotics Research is a low dose b vitamin for use in multiple dosing. B-vitamins facilitate and maintain physiologic function by acting as enzyme co-factors. In other words, in order for enzymes to function in the human body to carry out normal processes, these enzymes must have their specific cofactors, such as vitamins. Contents per three (3) tablets:
Thiamin (B1) (as cocarboxylase) 1.5 mg
Riboflavin (B2) (as riboflavin-5-phosphate) 1.7 mg
Niacin (as niacinamide) 20 mg
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 2 mg
Folic Acid 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 6 mcg
Biotin 300 mcg
Pantothenic Acid (as calcium pantothenate) 10 mg
Superoxide Dismutase (vegetable culture source) 60 mcg
Catalase (vegetable culture source) 60 mcg
