50 micrograms per tablet of naturally occurring lithium from vegetable culture. Use with depression, alcoholism, fibromyalgia and severe mental stress. 3 tablets, 3 times a day with meals. If the problem is severe and higher levels of lithium are required use LI-Zyme Forte which contains 150 micrograms of naturally occurring lithium per tablet.

Li-Zyme™ is specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture concentrate rich in phytonutrients, including polyphenolic compounds, superoxide dismutase, catalase, and phytochemically bound lithium (50 mcg) dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve associated enzyme factors.
