* Overseas Orders require buyers to manually add shipping (fee is $30.00).

* Orders are shipped using USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Shipping takes 3-4 days after you have received your e-mail shipping confirmation.

Tracking:
USPS shipping confirmation slips are placed on every package. Shipping confirmation shows when the package was shipped and when it has arrived.

If shipping package is returned to Totalsupplement.net due to incorrect address. Customer plays for postage to ship parcel back to the corrected address

Returns
Products can only be returned if supplement bottles have not be opened or tampered with, and within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays for return shipping, and a minimum $6.00 to 10% re-stocking fee (which ever amount is greater) will be subtracted from refund. Overseas/International orders also pay for shipping fee on their returns.

International order (outside the US) - buyer pays for shipping to their destination and return destination. Returns need authorization.
